This handbook outlines the at-will employment policy at ACS Technologies Group, Inc., details the revocation of previous handbooks, and explains the authority limits of supervisors and managers regarding employment contracts.

Your employment with ACS Technologies Group, Inc. is “at-will,” meaning that either you or the company may terminate your employment at any time with or without notice or cause, for any reason.

Nothing in any ACS Technologies Group, Inc’s policies, procedures or documents relating to employment creates an express or implied contract of employment.

This employee handbook replaces any employee handbook(s) previously issued by the company, and thus any employee handbook(s) previously issued by the company are hereby revoked.

No supervisor or manager, in writing or orally, has the authority to create a contract between you and the company or alter your at-will employment relationship with the company.

Changes to policies & procedures are updated online. Notifications of any changes will be issued to all employees, and it is the employee’s responsibility to comply with all current policies & procedures.
