Mission Trips
Employees with greater than one full year of service may request unpaid leave for up to 1 week every three years to participate in a mission trip to benefit others either domestically or abroad. Requests should be made at least one month in advance of the requested time off. Employees requesting time off for mission trips must be part of a group trip and provide documentation regarding the trip. Authorization is at the sole discretion of the company and is contingent on the business demands at the time. For an employee to be approved for a mission trip Leave of Absence, the employee must have satisfactory performance and attendance, and not have been on probation within the past two years. Employees may use accrued vacation time in order to be paid during mission trips.
