Program cannot start Because MSVCR71.dll is Missing
Impacts all OnDemand 5.0.X applications.
When a user clicks the Copy to Local Client option in Mass E-mail or clicks on an e-mail address, a new e-mail window does not open. This error displays:
"The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
This issue also occurs in PDS OnDemand if the user clicks on the e-mail icon.

Versions Affected: OnDemand 5.0.X
- Attention: These instructions only apply to Windows computers. They do not work on a Mac.Log out of OnDemand.
- Download the file OD_MailTo.vbs file.
- Log in as an administrator.
- Run the file. OD_MailTo.vbs file.
- Follow all the prompts for the file.
- Log back into OnDemand.
