Only One User can be in Utility Manager at a Time
When trying to log into Utility Manager, this error displays:
"Only one user can be in Utility Manager at a time."

This occurs on a network or when connected via Remote Server, and no one is physically logged in, yet there are open, shared files.
- Log into HeadMaster as an administrator.
- Click File, then Show Active Users
- Select each user name individually (except the one you are logged in as) and click Remove.
- Click Close, then exit HeadMaster.
- If this does not resolve the issue, call support at 1-800-669-2509, and request they delete opened, shared files.
