Only One User can be in Utility Manager at a Time

When trying to log into Utility Manager, this error displays:

"Only one user can be in Utility Manager at a time."

  • Products Affected: HeadMaster Utilities

  • Versions Affected: Multiple Versions

This occurs on a network or when connected via Remote Server, and no one is physically logged in, yet there are open, shared files.

  1. Log into HeadMaster as an administrator.
  2. Click File, then Show Active Users
  3. Select each user name individually (except the one you are logged in as) and click Remove.
  4. Click Close, then exit HeadMaster.
  5. If this does not resolve the issue, call support at 1-800-669-2509, and request they delete opened, shared files.
