As an employee of the company you understand and agree that you hereby assign all rights, title, and interest including all copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property rights to ACS Technologies for the work you created for the company while employed by the company.

As an Employee of ACS Technologies you will be issued company equipment and property for job use. The IT department reserves the right to install additional and maintain existing software/hardware on company equipment. During your employment, if you need replacements or if property is damaged or stolen, you should report it immediately. As employees of the company, we all are expected to take good care of equipment and property and not be wasteful.

When ending your employment with the company you will be expected to return all company property.
