FMLA Eligibility

In order to be eligible to receive leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), an employee must (1) have been employed for a total of 12 or more months; (2) have worked a minimum of 1,250 hours during the 12-month period; and (3) be employed at a location where there are 50 or more staff within a 75 mile radius.
