Military Leave

ACS Technologies supports employees who are members of a Military Reserve or National Guard Unit by protecting them from loss of wages during required annual training. Employees will be reimbursed any difference, for up to two weeks per year, should they incur loss of base wages while on annual training duty. You must submit a copy of your military pay voucher in order to receive this pay differential.

Employees are asked to please notify their supervisor well in advance of any annual training duty orders. Employees under military leave will maintain all legal rights for continued employment under existing laws.

If you are called into active duty, drafted or enlist into the US Armed Forces, you will be eligible for re-employment after completing service in accordance with The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act. Additionally, all benefits required under this act will be provided to you.
