Harassment

ACST is committed to maintaining a work environment that is free of harassment. In keeping with this commitment, we will not tolerate any unwelcome conduct, whether verbal, physical or visual, that is based on a person’s race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, gender, or disability. Harassment that affects job benefits, interferes with an individual’s work performance, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment will also not be tolerated.

All ACST employees are responsible for helping to enforce this policy. Any employee who becomes aware of a violation of this policy, is expected to report it immediately. Employees may report noted incidents directly to their supervisor, the Human Resources Department or a member of the Executive Leadership Team (“ELT”) .

It is our policy to investigate all harassment complaints thoroughly and promptly. ACST will maintain the confidentiality of those involved, to the fullest extent possible. Employees who come forward with a complaint or participate in any investigations will not be retaliated against in any way. As part of this policy, retaliation of any kind is prohibited.
