Policy

It is the policy of ACS Technologies Group, Inc. ("ACST") to protect its intellectual property ("IP"), confidential information ("CI") and trade secrets against impermissible disclosure. All employees share in this responsibility and are accountable to carry out their duties in accordance with ourIntellectual Property Rights and Compliance Policy.

• All ACST staff, regardless of position, have varying degrees of access to or knowledge of IP, CI and/or trade secrets.
• All ACST staff must comply with this and the aforementioned policies by executing a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
• Contracted staff have an NDA clause in the contract staff agreement.
• NDA's are in effect while employed and all or some of the tenets of the NDA remain in effect after staff leaves ACST employment.
• Assignment of invention - ACS Technologies owns any new intellectual property staff create using company resources or on company time.
• NDA's will be reviewed during staff exit interviews to reiterate to the terminating employee their responsibilities under the NDA.
