When Applying Change Requests in HM Online Error Message Displays
When applying and posting change requests in HeadMaster Online, this error displays:
You must process or free the current data set before editing another individual.
Products Affected: HeadMaster
Versions Affected: All
This error occurs because individuals in HeadMaster have phone number change requests. These individuals have an acsfamnum, but the family no longer exists in ACS.
To resolve this issue, the client must send the data to Data Services.
