Troubleshooting

Unable to Open Table Awglhmtr

When clicking on Headmaster Billing, this error displays:

"Unable to open table awglhmtr"

  • Products Affected: HeadMaster Billing, ACS Financial Suite

  • Versions Affected: ACS Financial Suite 11.7.1.12

  1. Make sure the client is on the latest version of both HeadMaster and ACS Financial Suite.
  2. Make a backup of the client's data.
  3. Create a new dataset with the client, and make sure it is interfaced.
  4. Give the client two new tables, HeadMaster Billing. awglhmtr.acsdat and awglhmtr.acsidx. These tables go into the ACSNET > ACSFDAT folder and into the data folder where the client receives the error message.
  5. If the client has multiple datasets, you only have to fix this in the dataset that is interfaced with HeadMaster.
    The error should not display in HeadMaster or ACS Financial Suite. The client should be able to post from HeadMaster into General Ledger.
