DBISAM Engine Error #9729

TBehaveA

While trying to add an action taken, the following error message displays:

DBISAM Engine Error #9729 Duplicate key found in the index primary of the table TBehaveA.

  • Products Affected: HeadMaster Pro OnDemand

  • Versions Affected: Any

Then repaired all system tables, and it stated no corrupt tables found.

  1. Connected with client through LMI. Asked client to have everyone sign out of HeadMaster. After everyone signs ou, log into HMUtilities.
  2. Create a backup.
  3. In table maintenance, repair all tables for the dataset.
  4. Log back into HM and return to Define Lists.
  5. Try adding an Action Taken again.
Remember: Actual client situation: In the table for that database, I looked at TBehaveA and everything looked fine. There were 17 Action Taken listed. Went to the NextID.acsdat and there was nothing listed for TBehaveA. Then, went to the System tables and to NextID.acsdat and found TBehaveA. The next ID showing was 12. Changed it to 20. Closed out of the tables and then went back to define lists in HM. Had client try to add the action taken again and he was able to without error
