Cannot Select Student Names in Labels Reports
Student names appear gray for selection in labels reports.
For teachers, the student names list is grayed out. Names cannot be selected for any of the label reports.

This issue is caused by a blank name entry in Searches.
In Searches, an administrator should add a name to the blank name entry or delete the blank name entry.
