Corporate Policies

Server Software Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to establish standards for the base configuration of internal server equipment that is owned and/or operated by ACS Technologies Group, Inc. (“ACST”) . Effective implementation of this policy will minimize unauthorized access to proprietary information and technology.

Scope and Applicability

This policy applies to all ACST servers.

Policy

Software installed on ACST servers shall be limited to only software listed in the ACST Server Software Standard.

Enforcement

Any employee found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to corrective action, up to and including termination of employment. Service providers found to be in violation of this policy may be subject to financial penalties, up to and including termination of contract.

Variance Process

The Chief Ventures Officer must review, document, approve, and manage any and all exceptions to this policy.
