Role Based Access Policy
Policy
It is the policy of ACS Technologies Group, Inc. ("ACST") to grant employees access to the information they need to fulfill their job. At the same time, this means that we restrict access to information that is not pertinent to their role.
ACST will determine the information resources that will be available to an employee during one of three events:
At the time of hire.
When their responsibilities change with their current job.
When they transfer to another position within the company.
In all cases, access to ACST information resources must be linked to the responsibilities of the position and not on individual needs.
