ACS Technologies’s (ACST’s) Sensitive Information and Internal Information (“Sensitive Information” includes data collected by ACST from clients containing personal identifying information such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers, drivers license numbers, social security numbers, medical information, academic grades and biometric information; “Internal Information” includes data containing non-public information) must be used solely for the business purposes expressly authorized by ACST management.

All ACST employees must keep Sensitive Information and Internal Information strictly confidential and only use this information to perform their jobs. The obligation to keep such information confidential continues even after termination of employment. Sensitive Information may also be protected by applicable state and federal laws in the areas in which ACST operates.
