Troubleshooting

Create a HeadMaster Backup

  • You must have administrator rights to create a backup.
Warning: Ask everyone to sign out of HeadMaster prior to creating a backup!
  1. Open the Utility Manager.
  2. Click Create Backup.
    The Database Utilities dialog box displays.
  3. Make your selections and click Backup.
  4. Click OK.
Your backup database is located on your hard drive or network where you indicated during the selection process.
