The Account Information you Entered is Incorrect

This occurs when adding a Constant Contact account in HeadMaster.

When trying to add a Constant Contact account in HeadMaster, this error displays:

The account information you have entered is incorrect. Please correct your account information using Manage Account.

  • Products Affected: HeadMaster

  • Versions Affected: Multiple Versions

If you cannot log into Constant Contact, try adding the account again.

If you still cannot log in, contact Constant Contact Support.

  1. Under Tools, select Constant Contact.
  2. Click Manage, then Add
  3. In the Account Name field, enter an account name to identify this Constant Contact account within HeadMaster.
  4. Enter your Constant Contact User Name and Password.
  5. Click OK.
    You should not be able to log into Constant Contact. If not contact Constant Contact Support.
