Mass Checkout Error
After opening the Check In/Check Out window, the following message displays:
Mass check out is processing. Try later.
Products Affected: HeadMaster Desktop
Versions Affected: Any
To resolve this issue, you need to unlock the Check In/Out process.
- On the Home screen, click Options.
- Click Check In/Out.
- On the Auto Check Out tab, click the Unlock Check In/Out.
- Click Close.
- After unlocking the Check In/Out process, if you have a list of people who haven't checked out on a specific day then you'll need to set up the Auto Check Out feature for your students and staff.
- When you return to the Check In/Out window, you'll have the option to enter the checkout time for your students and staff members as well as the option for the program to remember the checkout times.
