Mass Checkout Error

After opening the Check In/Check Out window, the following message displays:

Mass check out is processing. Try later.

  • Products Affected: HeadMaster Desktop

  • Versions Affected: Any

To resolve this issue, you need to unlock the Check In/Out process.

  1. On the Home screen, click Options.
  2. Click Check In/Out.
  3. On the Auto Check Out tab, click the Unlock Check In/Out.
  4. Click Close.
  5. After unlocking the Check In/Out process, if you have a list of people who haven't checked out on a specific day then you'll need to set up the Auto Check Out feature for your students and staff.
  6. When you return to the Check In/Out window, you'll have the option to enter the checkout time for your students and staff members as well as the option for the program to remember the checkout times.
