How do I run HeadMaster server (HMServer) as a Service?

I need to run HMServer (HeadMaster Server) as a service.

  • Products Affected: HeadMaster

  • Versions Affected: Multiple Versions

  1. On the server, in the command prompt, enter SC create HMServer binpath="X:\HMASTER\HMServer.exe" Display NAme= "HMserver" start=auto.
    This creates a service called HMServer.
  2. Under Administrative Tools - Services, right click HMServer.
  3. Click Start.
