Cannot Access Index Field RecordID

When importing names from HeadMaster into Accounts Receivable, this error displays: "An error occurred in the application. Cannot access index field RecordID".

  • Affected: Multiple Versions

This occurs because the software is trying to open the dbids.acsdat table located in HeadMaster, and the table is corrupt.

  1. Repair the corrupt table.
  2. In Utility Manager, verify the current and system data sets.
